Instructions
Wear protective gloves. Soak a cotton pad with lotion and place it directly on calluses and hardened skin, avoiding healthy skin. Wrap the area with cling film and leave for 5–10 minutes. Remove the wrap and cotton pad, file the area, rinse well with water, and apply a moisturizing lotion. Optionally, before applying the callus softener lotion, soak the feet in warm water for about 5 minutes until softened, gently rub the surface with a pumice stone, foot file, or rotary tool, and dry thoroughly with a towel. Then continue the procedure as described above. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
